I spent about 10 life-changing
hours with Jaiia Earthschild over a three-day period. In that time
I learned ways I never dreamed existed to transform the stress in my life
into experiences of peaceful connectedness with existence and myself.
Jaiia used hypnotherapy to uncover the psychological underpinnings of my
stress and hoped me to reprogram myself with healthier attitudes and behavior
patterns. I acquired the motivation to do some things differently and to
feel differently about other things. What I received was beyond anything
I had even hoped for: stress interrupters that resulted in my spiritual
evolution. I'm still working on dropping stress but now I know what
to do instead of feeling trapped and helpless. When I practice these techniques,
I not only get rid of the stress but I replace it with real peace.
It is then that I know that I am really different. Jaiia's deep, intensive,
short-term therapy combined with hypnotherapy is amazingly effective.
